Glenn Gao
Partner
Glenn, the Executive Director leading Business Development in H Group, brings a wealth of experience to the table. He graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and started his career as a Management Trainee (Operations) at General Electric, a prominent U.S. multinational company.
During his tenure, Glenn handled commodity procurement for the global supply chain in China, managed inventory across the Asia Pacific region, and oversaw Capex investments in the same region. Later, at SinoChem (a China National-owned company) - GMG, he took charge of business development, group strategic planning, and company mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Having worked in multiple countries, including the United States, Australia, Africa (Côte d'Ivoire, Gabon, Cameroon), Asia (China, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Cambodia), and Europe (Germany, Italy, Belgium, Turkey, etc.), Glenn possesses a deep understanding of both Eastern culture and Western corporate management systems. Leveraging his extensive network with enterprises and government entities in the Asia-Pacific region, Glenn aims to foster a synergistic and regionally driven eco-industrial chain through strategic investments and collaborations.

LuLu holds a degree in accounting and subsequently entered the University in Queensland, Australia.
She has worked in an Australian public accounting firm for 10 years, responsible for the tax and investment management of multinational corporations, providing clients with access to a diverse range of capabilities and products across infrastructure, real estate, natural resources, equities, and multi-asset.
She holds an Australian registered company secretary license and Real Estate Full License with extensive experience in property investment advisory.
Since 2016, She works closely with Australian and US companies to develop global tax planning for clients based on national laws and regulations, providing a full range of tax and business consulting services to help clients achieve global asset allocation and optimize tax planning legally and effectively.
Lynn Zhang

Lynn, Singapore Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the National University of Singapore.
She has worked in the Big Four accounting firms in Singapore, where she was responsible for auditing in the real estate and financial institutions sector and is familiar with the financial operation of corporations.
After that, she was responsible for the internal audit of the headquarters of a few technology companies and worked in Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Germany, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, and the Philippines.
She has extensive experience in corporate governance, strategy implementation, and operation optimization.
